The 1st guy we talked to there acted like everything was set up all was well. Get there nothing is as we set it up and people in the place were rude and confusing The truck was a mess dirty. I sure didn't understand it.. for a UHaul . The most important day for my son to move on his own and go to college. Thanks U Haul D-Nicholas M.

I took pictures. The tank was on 3/4 when I picked it up. I filled it up less than one mile from location. I was charged $8:55 for fuel. They said I was two gallons short of a full tank. REALLY??? ðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽðŸ‘ŽCarl T.
Trailer itself was bad rusted and tag light hanging out had to prop up to avoid being pulled over! Location itself was great. Cody was extremely nice very helpful. They didn't have connection nor rental hitch I had to go buy a hitch and the tail light connector. But hey I own one now 70$ later for future rental that I hope I will never need!Kathleen R.

This location was great I was supposed to be able to pick my truck up in pembroke two miles from my house but they couldn't get their system to work so I had to drive 18 miles to get my truck so 36 dollars in mile I wasn't expectingvera G.

U-Haul website is annoying not so user friendly kept trying to tell me to use a dolly instead of a auto transport yes the vehicle was light but i wanted only a trailer cause the tires on i It were really old not good for a dolly and the website kept trying to recommend i rent a truck also cause it thought my pull vehicle was to oldjackie V.

I was a but angry when I had a price on the internet and when I received my receipt it was $40 more. I received an e-mail with my receipt from U-Haul and I responded to them. I have yet to hear back. NOT HAPPY! I have had opportunity to use this facility to return a 26 foot truck, 2 auto transport trailers, and 1 ramp trailer. The process was flawless and the business proprietor and staff are helpful, professional, and welcoming. My husband went to pick everything up and for men we all know the woman organize and strategize everything for them. All I did was reserve the trailer and he did the rest with this location. He can't recall the ladies name that check him out on 6/27/2020. However, she was AMAZING!!! I actually booked the trailer for to long and she fixed it for him and saved us money instead of not saying anything knowing he wouldn't have noticed it. This place is amazing and in the perfect location. We will be using them for all of our needs. Oh and they have amazing prices as well. I thought it would have been a fortune on what we needed and for the time frame we needed it for and it was nothing like I expected !!!! I am one satirists customer. :)Timothy M.

A fee was added to my order that I didn't ask for or was asked to purchase. While it's not a big purchase, about $9 it is Petty theft. I can't understand why this was done. Next time please ask. If you need the money that bad we can start a go fund me page for you.Julian S.
Trailer was suppose to be back by 12pm. I dropped off the trailer at 11:15am. He said I was good to go after looking it over. I Left at 11:30am. Paperwork wasn't filed until 12:34pm so I was charged an extra $30 for something that wasn't my fault.Keith C.

Check your contract carefully before you sign it. Uhaul uses bait and switch tactics. Even though I declined the safe tow insurance when making the reservation online, they put it on anyway and I didn't notice it when picking up the trailer. Now they won't refund it. They also charged me for 3 days when I had it less than 2 days.Terry R.
I think if when a person presents their ID,and you see that they are not from around the area, you could give some simple info. Eg time you will close for that day.Laurance B.
