Stanley NI guess it is well maintained, I had no maintenance issues but it was far from clean. Windows were pretty bad and who knows when it was last washed. Had to wait to be helped, but that is normal for that business!

GREG GI waited to get help and the place was a mess. When finally the owner came he asked if I had a U-Haul return asked for the key and then made a joke when I told him the blankets were folded neatly in the back of the truck. There were at least 10 signs about guns around the desk area. The place was a bit atrusive. The place was so totally different than the place we rented the truck from. The man only said we would email your receipt to you which he did without even looking at the truck It all seemed like a very odd experience and I couldn’t wait to leave.

Debbie BThe location was 20 miles from where I was supposed to pick up the trailer. It was the wrong trailer, I couldn’t get my stuff inside properly. The emergency break is broken and the dealer did not fix it. The dealer was not interested in addressing any of my concerns. I called the Swannana location where I rented the trailer to voice my concerns, they told me it was not their responsibility.

Dan HI ordered furniture pads but there weren't any available. As a result we didn't move some things I had hoped to move, and some things we did move got scratched in the process.

Jonathan SThe first location was not open and did not set up the 24/7 pickup. This caused a lose of 2 hours in a tight timed day. It was hard to get a hold of customer service, but by the time I got to the third person, she helped and the location above was great. I still think I’ll look at Penske next time I rent a truck.

jerald cThis was not where I requested pick up and I was NOT notified that it changed. It took 2 hours for me to find out where Uhaul had sent my truck. VERY frustrating pick up experience. NOT the fault of the location but of Uhaul in general. POOR communiction to customer.

Lawrence HWhen I went to location in Hobe Sound to drop off women said, she couldn't take or call u-haul to find new location. Called myself and was given new location a whole town away. When I got there they said. They couldn't take it but this person was able to call u-haul . Not like Hobe Sound, I'm assuming that women just lied to me. The guy at second location decided to take it. That is the last thing you want to experience after pulling a trailer 700 miles 👎

Timothy BSmall sight outside. It took a long time to find it and trailers are not parked immediately outside of office, so we were walking/driving around trying g to find the small sign above a window. The large sign on the street has a different name.
JAVIER SThe location was clean and obviously busy- I still got helped as soon as I walked in. The dogs were a great touch- it felt like a local family business, which is where I like to shop if I can. My trailer was ready for me on time, the staff was super helpful making sure I was hooked up right- even went out of his way to make sure I had a working adapter for the brake lights... I wish I had caught the man's name that helped me. He had his mask on the whole time- even outdoors. I'm a cancer patient and at high risk for COVID so that extra touch was so comforting. My experience was safe, fast and affordable. I will be back there again.
Jennifer MOffensive political ads posted all over the customer area. Staff appeared angry that I was wearing a mask when no one else was. I will never take my business to them again.
Philip CAlthough this may not of been a problem they initiated but my drop off location was one state and hundreds of miles away from my destination! It took longer to pick up the trailer than I expected and the person behind the counter was more interested in answering phone calls than taking care of me.
MIKE SI was very disappointed when I arrived to pick up my moving truck and dollies and there were NO dollies. I had reserved an appliance, regular, and furniture dolly and was told NONE of them were available for my move. Someone should have notified me there were no dollies PRIOR to my arrival as this created a major stressor in an already stressful move.

David WThis location was One of the best U-Haul locations I have ever experienced. The people were so friendly the equipment was in good working order. It was easy to make the reservation and return the vehicle. I would rate this is one of my two top U-Haul experiences out of many!! Keep up the good work!

Dale TThis was not our original pick-up location. We had to be re-routed to this location because our truck was not available at our original pick-up location due to a U-Haul scheduling issue. This caused a little concern on my part for future reservation. I may need to look at other rental companies.
