It would have been nice to be able to raise the front of the trailer up a bit be able to lower the angle of the ramp. There was no way, on the trailer, to be able to lift the front end up to lower the angle of the ramp. As far as the service, it was excellent.

But as for the app, it was not a pleasant experience. Even though I had checked in ahead of time, the app was still requiring information I had already provided which is frustrating as it defeats the purpose of checking in ahead of time. then it just locked up.

Allen L.Every part (except drop-off) of working with UHaul to move was a nightmare, only made worse by the staff. I booked a UHaul reservation online, with moving pads, over a month in advance and the day before my move, I'm told that there are not enough moving pads available for me and that the truck pick-up location had changed from half a mile away to across an extremely busy town The day before. I reached out and explained that I can't drive the truck this far and that my driver was stuck at an airport due to inclement weather, but no assistance or anything was offered. When I called, I was passed on to about 6 different UHaul employees and was treated worse each time with ruder and ruder interactions from the people working at a company that failed to do anything they agreed to the night before services were needed, despite booking in advance. Eventually, more moving pads were found, and I was insulted for initially "being annoyed about not having them "because other movers need them too". I realize that, I understand how business works, but I don't budget out UHaul's moving pads, so that is an internal failure - not a lecture I need to hear the day before a move. I will absolutely not recommend it to others after nothing was done to remedy the situation. I was offered a $50 miles overage or something like that, but it was never applied to my account and wasn't needed anyway. Just another meaningless interaction with UHaul. Customers don't need to be insulted during a stressful move by a moving company making egregious mistakes. This was a year ago and I'm still profoundly disappointed in UHaul.

But they have me a truck that had a headlight switch that fell behind the dashboard and required a lot of groping behind the dashboard from the floor to turn off the lights when I dropped it off.

Guztavo H.There was nothing wrong with the location, however the online pick-up process is broken! Nothing I did online or through the app allowed me to unlock the keys to the truck. I had to call Uhaul customer service and wait on hold for ~30 minutes, send pictures of my drivers license to them, just to have them figure out how to get the code to unlock the truck keys. This process needs attention before I will ever use it again. I should get a discount or partial refund for having to wait so long to get access to the truck.
Caleb V.Had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes before someone arrived to help. Keys were locked in a box that they didn't have access to so I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone else to show up and unlock it. When we dropped the truck back off after being out for maybe 1.5-2 hours multiple people were waiting outside with a sign on the door that just said be back in an hour. Several people said they had been waiting for over an hour to pick up their rental.

Robert R.Overcharged by over 200! Charged me $44 for gas when I brought it back with more than I left with. Claimed I kept it 3 days. The girl was there locking the gate when I dropped it back off after FOUR HOURs. Horrendous location. Office is a cluttered filthy mess. No answer on the phone to resolve this even though it is business hours. Unbelievably terrible service. This will be shared in many locations. I would hate for anyone else to rent from this location.
