The truck was only 3/4 full but we were told it was full. We discovered this after we were about 20 minutes down the road and were not turning back. No answer when we called. It was also dirty. It looked like a can of soda exploded in the cab. We cleaned it up before we brought it back. The lady who was there working was very pleasant and may not have checked out the truck prior to renting it. This would not stop me from renting from there again. I would just be more observant prior to pulling out of the parking lot in it.Susan M.

I really have no complaints. Service was excellent. Truck was cleaning will maintained. Overall experience was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that his after-hours drop box needs a light on it. They were absolutely wonderful people to do business with.Donna O.
The drop off location didn't record the check in of the tow dolly and I got a call from U-Haul questioning why it wasn't returned. The also charged an additional fee to my credit card for $77.44 and they will not tell me why.Dana N.

I had to pass two other uhaul locations to get to the one selected for drop off. There were no attendants and trailers had been dropped in the middle of the drive making it difficult to drop and trailer in a space. Would not recommend this space but the one 2.5 miles down the road looked very nice and professional.JAMES B.

Orig. reservations was at Ozark Storage, when we arrived to pick up trailer Ozark Storage was Closed due to the weather. I received No email , phone msg nothing about this. Very dissatisfied with U-Haul and Ozark Storage for not advising us. Let me add we drove 4 hrs to get there. But thank goodness for Lawson & Son.WILLIAM W.

Trying to return the trailer via app was a headache itself. I stood outside in the rain for 30 minutes trying to get a pic to upload showing my return ... it was not business hours .. so I get needing proof. . But the app was not user friendly. Overall not a good uhaul experience.TIFFANI R.

I returned my truck to this location. After returning the truck the same day I picked it up, I was then charged a late fee for said truck I returned because the facility had yet to check the truck in. Tried reaching out to the location several times, left my contract in the overnight deposit box with a note on the back that explained the situation. I was never called back about it. Had to reach out to the regional facility in order for it to be taken care of. Even after reaching out I was still getting calls from customer service nearly a week later asking me where the truck was. Even though my account had been notated multiple time that the truck had been returned early. So here I am 6 days later, not only getting calls about the truck I don't have but also haven't seen the money I was overcharged for "the late fee". To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. Honestly not sure why I even bothered giving the place 3 stars.Rita J.
My reservation was moved to this location by Uhaul without notice. Fortunately, we went to pickup early at Ozark Storage and found out. We got to Lawson & Sons right before they closed. When he didn't have record of our reservation, he went out of his way and stayed late to make sure we had a truck which your site allowed us to reserve a week before. Thia location was great....your website, lack of notice about change, and allowing to reserve a truck that wasnt in the system was quite frustrating.BRADLEY B.
