there is NO signage to get to the location. I know that area very well and it still took my 40 minutes up a dirt road, against all odds to find it. Please get signage in place.NEIL B.

There is no signage to get to this location. The address brings you to a house which is not the correct site. This was very confusing after a long day of moving. The actual location is down an end road with no signage. This proved very frustrating trying to get too. Once we found it, the staff were very friendly and disclosed I was not the only one that thought this way. Please install signage.Kyla D.
Like having mill bay as a pick up option, however finding them was very difficult. The truck I picked up didn't have a right brake light or turn signal which was very disappointed and dangerous to say the least. When I returned I told them at the topaz location and no apologies, no money taken off nothing which was extremely disappointing.TAMMIE M.

This location was great and the staff we're helpful and friendly. My issue comes with availability. I booked a 26' truck and two days before our move I got a call from UHaul headquarters saying they could only provide a 15' truck. I was compensated 50$ but ended up spending an extra 50$ on mileage as I had to now make two trips. Added stress to an already stressful situation.CHRISTOPHER E.
A little pissed off I was charged $28 after dropping off. Saying fuel level was low, when in fact I brought it back at the same level. Very tired of companies sneaking in additional and BS chargesDonovan E.
Had to wait 45 minutes as young lady was not trained - her first day - she was very gracious- but had to phone 3 people before someone could help and then they had computer problems . Made us rushed as people waiting to help.JOHN T.

A new online check in process was implemented the day before my rental. The process wasn't quite streamlined, but management went above and beyond to get me moving, and treated me fairly! Really appreciated their great customer service. I'd recommend this location for rental.Deborah J.
