I drove from KC to Mobile with faulty air conditioning. I called the roadside assistance and was on hold for more than 40 minutes, never to reach anyone! I heard from someone on Sunday asking was I going to have the vehicle back in time for the next driver. The check engine light also came on, by the time I spoke with the lady in Mobile on Sunday I was in no position to exchange the truck! I did make kit to my destination safe, however the ride was not very pleasant, I just believe if your spending $1,500 you should have a pleasant ride! The vehicle was clean, but not very well maintained, the staff was pleasant at both locations!CHRISTOPHER C.

The location was great. The downfall was we booked the reservation for a location 20 miles away then it got switched to the Parkville location. The website shouldn't have let us book it in the first place if the location didn't have the truck available. That added roughly 40 extra miles to our rental. Was told but U-Haul there was no adjustment that could be made to our bill. Pretty frustrating. Thanks JamesJames S.

While the truck was well maintained, the bed was not clean. As usual, customer service was excellent, but the truck had a lots of hard clay soil on the bed. That was no problem for me, since I was hauling brush waste. However, it would not have worked if I had been trying to haul furniture, carpeting, etc., since, being on the clock, I would not have had time to clean it. A quick blowout or hosing down between customers would have solved the issue,DENNIS T.

Hello, my name is Jevon Williams. I have a moving company and i have been using uhaul services for over an year. I went to rent a truck for a store i never have and when i returned the rental and they checked it in. They charged me 38 dollars for fuel but i did indeed bring the fuel back where it was at. I called when they were open and received terrible customer service as if i were lying or trying to get over. I said i would be calling customer service and he said â€œ okay you can try but they aren't going to do anything about it but tell y out what i didâ€ . This is not acceptable and as a loyal customer i felt the need to contact someone because this type of customer service makes me not want to deal with you guys any longer.JEVON W.

Although it didn't happen this time, my initial rental arrangements with Platte County Rental are often times 'taken' by company store locations and that way they get the credit for the rental. This practice is especially frustrating when I have to drive further to get the equipment only to learn that Platte County Rental had it all along...please don't 'cheat' on your franchisee locations to favor your company stores. The team at Platte County Rental is awesome to work with!HELMUT D.

The text info came in at 6:45 aM. So didn't do paper work before I left the property cell towers in Parkville are slow. Over all every thing went well. One idea is a spet stool to get in a d out of truck would be ery helpful. I an 5'5 69 years old it was hard getting in and out of cab.KATHERINE J.
