Inconsiderate, left a 70 year old customer in rain to unhook my own 6 x 12 trailer and then drove off. This has never happened before at U-Haul drop off. Then charged an cleaning fee that was unjustified. Try another Waynesville location.MARK B.

Rudest lady ever. Way overcharged me for service provided. Yelled at me when I ask why I was being charged $300 to rent a u-haul for a little over a day. Horrible customer service. Downright highway robbery!!KYLE L.

Similar as our prior rental several months ago, Jessica was able to check us in with only a few minutes. She was also very accommodating with a gas credit after we accidentally turned the truck in with a full tank, but was rented out with only half a tank to start. Simple customer service is very important and this was a perfect example. Jessica's support was great -- they run a great business -- highly recommended !!SCOTT T.

My key was not in the correct drop box, it was a vehicle assigned to someone else who was thrilled I got his key for him. Then when someone at the regional assignment office gave me the code for the other drop box it did not contain my key either, it had keys to a pickup truck. The person at the regional office switched my contact to the pickup, luckily the weather was good so I could make it work. Both myself and the afore mentioned other customer had to push a derelict car out of the way as both uhaul vehicles were trapped by it. Overall an awful rental experience.Thomas W.

I paid for five days and got charged for 2 extra days. I paid for road side assistance and needed it but all I got was a recording for one hour saying we will be with you shortly. Got assistance elsewhere. Your pick up location was great you drop off location was nasty and without an attendant twice. I hurt my back and left shoulder lifting the trailer off. Your roadservice and drop off point was nonexistant. I have used your company for over 50 years successfully. I always recommend I haul to friends. After this experience things have change and I haul has gone to a no star company for me. No service and overcharging is not what I counted on. Very disappointed. The floor of the back had sand, dirt, a used tissue and an empty cracked water bottle in it. We swung by the Uhaul facility at our pickup time and let her know we couldn't pick it up yet, since we had to run to turn some utilities on. She told us this was not an issue and she'd check us in and have it ready for us when we got back. We picked it up at 9:24am and signed it out for 3 days. We brought it back to the facility 3 days later at 8:16 am. However, we could not sign it back in at the counter, which was what we specified we wanted to do. Instead, there was a sign on the door telling us to sign in online- no further instructions. I finally got the sign in page and began to log on but it kept timing me out. I finally got in at 8:34am and signed the truck back in, including answering all the questions & taking the required pictures. Later, I received an email that I was being charged over $100 more for an extra day of use, dollies and insurance, despite bringing in back in under 72 hours. In addition to that, the appliance dolly did not work bc the tires are in such bad shape that they stick. I have yet to hear back from Uhaul. I do not recommend at all!!Robert S.

i removed all trash from the cab and back of truck. i placed the used blankets in the back. I did not fold them since i figured with COVID19 the blankets would be washed and or sprayed down therefor i did not fold them. i called the return facility to ask why i was charged $25 plus tax for cleaning. She was rude and load. she said i did not fold the blankets and that i left mud in the back of the truck. I did not see any mud. I cleaned out the truck. she hung up on me. my last reservation where i rented a trailer and blankets i did not fold the blankets and was not charged a cleaning fee. I very rude person.JIM M.

I called the agentâ€˜s number late morning July 8 to confirm hours of operation. I was told they were open until 5:00 pm, only to arrive there at 2:00 pm with no one on site. I called the same number, spoke to the same woman, who said everyone was out to lunch. Per her instruction I moved the trailer to a vacant spot, detached all the mounting gear, and left the trailer around 2:20. This morning I got an email from UHaul that the drop off was successful and confirmed.Ellis F.
