AWFUL experience with this location from waiting until the last minute to book us in at dropoff even though we dropped the vehicle off the night before, then the guy took a picture of the gas gage at an obvious angle to make it look like we didn't top up the gas and then proceeded to charge us $80 in gas and fees. Was it corrected? Yes, but I had to wait a week to get my money back. Incredibly inconvenient considering one of your employees tried to scam me.
Stephanie AAsked to speak with Manager who made herself available to help resolve situation. Hopefully, she was able to resolve issues as she called other department to assist. Forgot to mention, at pick up location, they told us that we didn't have the mileage that we expected but we had no choice to take vehicle anyway. Drop off location advised that the system shows "miles" rather than "KM" as a system glitch. They knowledge would have saved us stress during pick-up.
Stephen CMake sure the rental equipment ordered was in the truck for yhe customer. Mine was not. Then they said I could come and get it....really ? Nope not my responsibility. It was yours !
Dave BThe furniture dolly, regularly dolly and furniture blankets that I paid for were not in the truck. I had to go to another location and spend 45 minutes getting the equipment.

Paula GSomeone else’s dirty masks were scattered on the floor of the vehicle. I received the truck with the gas tank on empty and then they tried to charge me to fill the tank back up to a quarter full. They also charged me for 2 days worth of rental when I only had the truck for 2.5 hours. Thankfully u-haul customer service removed these extra charges when I was able to prove I received the tank on empty and I only had the truck for 2.5 hours. I believe this location was trying to scam me and had hoped I wouldn’t have noticed the extra fees.
Jeffrey Mtruck was in poor repair, employee didn't know how to complete the check in process...terrible from beginning to end.
