Mr Patel was very rude to me as a woman and a paying customer! He wouldn't print out a receipt for me when I asked him to do so! He spoke to my brother nice but didn't speak to me the same way! I will NOT be going back to his place of business for anything!Racheal H.

I had a 9:00 appointment to pick up the U Haul truck. The person responsible to check out the truck did not arrive at the site until 9:40. There was another customer waiting ahead of me and the clerk took approximately 20 minutes to process his reservation. Then it took at least another 20 minutes to process my reservation. Then the printer failed and the clerk was unable to print my documents. An hour and a half after my pick up appointment, I was able to leave the pickup site with the truck. A total fail. I would never recommend this U Haul pickup site.BETH R.

The guy who took my key was nice, but I left feeling it was sketchy. It would feel better if they took down your info, checked out the vehicle with you and signed off saying all is well or let you know if something else is needed. You also need bigger and more visible signing for Uhaul at this location.BRAD B.
My only issue with the location was that only one person was trained on checking out the trucks. I had to wait for him to arrive, but he apologized several times for not being there at the time and he was extremely polite.Karsen K.
The manager was not equipped for any work related to this service. Was not helpful, and was not adept to explain the process. Told me to drop off at 9 am, at the same place I picked it up at. I showed up at 9 and he was not there, his employees told me to come back at after 12. Very unprofessional. Tried to overcharge me by creating an entirely new contract, separate from the one I already signed. Do not rent from here, you will regret it.conner C.

The manager of the location was less than professional. Nothing was explained and no papers given when the rental was picked up. I dropped it off and was then told that I was supposed to fill up the gas back to where it was when I picked it up and that there would be a $15 charge when the place I picked it up from was a gas station! When I asked the manager if I could drive around the front and put a gallon of gas in it she stated that I would be putting more miles on the vehicle so then the charge for that would increase. The gas pump was about 500' away so that was the stupidest comment I have ever heard that I would be putting more mileage on the vehicle. I got very frustrated at that point and said, "just charge me the $15!". The whole transaction was poor and the manager didn't seem to know anything about the U-haul experience. She didn't check the mileage when i picked it up nor did she inspect the vehicle with me which are all things I've experienced before with a real Uhaul dealer. I will never rent from that location ever again and I would not recommend it to a friend. It's dealerships like that which will give Uhaul a bad name...Christine L.

you charged me to much for gas I only went 29 miles you charged me for 9.5 gal of gas if this truck burns that much gaS you need to get another truck the needle was on the 3/4 mark when I got the truck and just alittle past when I brought it backi was charged 32.00 for gas I feel I was over charged 4 4another truck the needle in the truck was onmarec E.
