The drop off place was way better than the pick up. He allowed me to drop off the car trailer so it would be easier to unload the truck. He was very helpful

SHELLIAN SThanks for allowing me to comment, this is my opinion, you should have more than one guy in the store, customers are standing in line and getting impatient due to the lack of staff. Don’t take it as the gentleman is slacking, he’s working as fast as he could, please get him some help.
Larry JNever Never rent again They told me that I could pick the vehicle up at that location that they don’t happen I had to drive 19 miles away to pick up the vehicle and I had pick the vehicle up there and never happened. They need to revamp.

CHRISTOPHERJAMES DOur reservation had issues. The guy seemed short with answers. He still did help us fix the issues but he didn't have the blankets we needed so I had to call around because the online reservation didn't save the 2 orders of dozen blankets or my insurance.

Then he wanted me to park it and back it in the the spot!! I told him NO I can't back it up Tell him to be more personable to customers and SMILE!! He did not want to be there

Nicholas GEasy drop off behind the building with a key box. Didn’t have contact with the inside employees. I would get an email the next day confirming the truck drop off so they work quick on their trucks.

William GParking is TIGHT and in my case someone had carelessly left a pull-behind trailer in the path of my 20' truck, which was sandwiched between two other 20' trucks with just enough space to open the driver's side door. Getting out was like parallel parking in Brooklyn. Also, it would be nice if there was at least some sort of overhang at the box to get the keys, or anywhere for customers to shelter/wait out of the sun/rain after hours. Provide WiFi in the back lot since cell service is awful in that area and using the app is quite slow/painful. Returning the truck during business hours was a dream compared to using the app.

COLTON BDon't release equipment to paying customers that is defective. (axle/spring - crooked/spring broken). We had to drive a distance to exchange trailer for a fit trailer which was not good to have to do when we were supposed to be loading/packing.

Jeff WThe only issue we had was the cab and the 26 foot truck melt like marijuana and there was evidence of marijuana use in one of the spaces at the dashboard. There were butts or whatever they’re called.

Brian SThe gentleman at the counter is very brash and dismissive. I thought that maybe he was having a bad day and I tried to be sympathetic despite his dismissive attitude. Turns out that is just who he is as I had to call to extend my rental and again - same demeanor. He needs an in depth lesson in both customer service and common decency.
