Trailer rental went well with absolutely no issues other than a brake light out. Would use u haul again.
William GParking is TIGHT and in my case someone had carelessly left a pull-behind trailer in the path of my 20' truck, which was sandwiched between two other 20' trucks with just enough space to open the driver's side door. Getting out was like parallel parking in Brooklyn. Also, it would be nice if there was at least some sort of overhang at the box to get the keys, or anywhere for customers to shelter/wait out of the sun/rain after hours. Provide WiFi in the back lot since cell service is awful in that area and using the app is quite slow/painful. Returning the truck during business hours was a dream compared to using the app.

COLTON BDon't release equipment to paying customers that is defective. (axle/spring - crooked/spring broken). We had to drive a distance to exchange trailer for a fit trailer which was not good to have to do when we were supposed to be loading/packing.

Turns out that is just who he is as I had to call to extend my rental and again - same demeanor. He needs an in depth lesson in both customer service and common decency.

Ethel RI was charged for extra 8 miles. It was a distance from pick up location to my house where I loaded the truck. Although it was the closest location to my house when I picked it. I think this is not fair to charge me for those 8 miles.

KATHLEEN MOwner is not customer friendly. Cold unwelcome manners. I'm retired military so all U Haul locations I've used have gone above and beyond and offered 10% Military Discount he will Not. Didn't appreciate the $ Drop Fee of 7 dollars for nothing. It's a junk fee you should credit me. I payed for the equipment use but that's Ridiculous. Respectfully Johnny Chastain

Rich HI refilled the gas I used with 2 gallons and I only drove 20 miles but somehow got charged for 2 gallons. It was not a large amount charged but annoying.

Howard JWe reserved the trailer online. It was simple and easy. We went in the next day to pick up the rental and the process was smooth! Took us about 10 minutes to get paperwork and signatures done and off we went with the trailer. It was seamless! Highly recommend this location.
RICHARD HWe returned the vehicle after hours; therefore, there was no personnel to interact with, which was expected; however, the drop-box for the key return was behind the building (in the back where the dumpsters are), and there was no lighting back there! We had to use a flashlight in order to find the drop box, which was not clearly indicated. Terrible experience.
