The parking lot is large stone and very rough. Any attempted repairs were of bad quality. To fix a drainage problem they cut a 1 foot ditch across the access lane. The on-site Managers were good people but it seems the Owners do not want to pay professionals to fix the parking lot issue. Also since the lot is not paved you get lots of dust in your unit from the shoddy lot.RANDY G. | Overall Experience

The lady in the office was awesome. The only thing I wish i knew when I did self check in I need all those pictures cause i dropped the key in the boxs. So I had to take pictures from the outside. Other than that it was good.ALLEN C.

The customer service was amazing. The lady stayed late on a Friday to make sure my truck was ready for Saturday morning. She kept me updated the whole time and was extremely helpful.Eric M.
The cab was extremely dirty from previous renter. There was some sort of white pet hair all over the cab and I started itching shortly into my trip and realized there were fleas in the cab. I contacted customer support and they were no help. I paid a lot of money to rent that truck when I could of paid a friend a lot less and gas with a pick up. Disappointed.Christina J.

I tried calling the location several times at the number online, no answer, no return call. I drove there to ask about the rental the day b4 and the young lady was very rude. I dropped the truck of within 4 hours, still no one at the location during business hours. Stayed on hold for over an hour at calling your 1-800#LESLIE C.
Truck was dirty when rented. Truck had a couple maintenance issues that need to be addressed (time for an oil change and tire pressure sensor not working), ac vent broken. This truck was not looked over very well prior to my rental.RACHAEL N.

Only complaint is they left a dolly and bag of some other stuff in the uhaul atttched to the wall with zip ties. If you cut them off you are charged. But yet their equipment was in the way of us moving stuff. We had to make two trips with the uhaul. In turn causing more money in miles and more time.JESSICA H.

Clean trucks when asked, do not provide vehicles that are on spare tires, EXPLAIN in detail the drop-off through the online portal. We were told to just drop off keys in overnight box then realized we had to take a picture. I could not upload my own personal picture of the milesLESLIE K.

I was not impressed with the service I received at the drop-off location. Because I did not receive any service. Nobody was available to assist me. I not was posted on the door to the facility with a phone number to assist to talk to the manager, but it was an answering machine. There was also a note on the door to the facility that stated that if I wanted assistance with dropping off a U-Haul vehicle that there would be an additional $20 charge. Therefore I used the U-Haul app to return the vehicle. I took several pictures of the vehicle because I did not trust that the vehicle would be looked after properly. I will not use this location in the future and will not recommend this location to my friends.William S.
