Le seul problème que j’ai trouvé agaçant c’est qu’il y a un certain jeu venant de attaches de la remorque et de la boule de mon auto qui se fait sentir sur la route en mauvais état malgré gue j’ai la bonne grandeur de la boule
HENRI NWe didn’t receive the code for the little key box so it took literally 1h30mins to have any service, we waited and called multiple phone numbers until the owner responded and proceeded after so much time to try and send an employee, since the store was closed. We ended up getting the code and the key but it made us late to everything we had planned and had to change our schedule. Also, the gas tank was filled at 150 miles which is about 1/4 of it. It’s supposed to be filled so we we’re quite annoyed at that also…

DENIS GI had a good sevice but the trailer that i rent was in bad shape. Two tires were in very bad shape, two attachs on the floor were missing and a large attach bar was missing too on the right side. It was very difficult for me to secure my motorcycle in place. I tought thet Uhaul could credit my rental but i think all the issues were not sending to the headoffice.

SIMON CWas missing an equipment the dealership didn’t have and didn’t tell me on the phone. I had to go to the store to purchase one … 200$ I was mad.
Emily DHad a bug with the app at the pickup place (from Quebec-Canada) so the app was set in French. Called customer service and they fixed it up. The conversion from miles to km needs to be fixed on the app. Overall would do it again !!

MARIO GCe véhicule a des problèmes soit de direction ou de balancement des roues, celui qui l a conduit a une formation de mécanicien donc a l expérience pour faire un tel commentaire. Après 6hre de route il avait mal aux bras et aux épaules force de maintenir le camion entre les lignes.
helene mPick location was fine. It was the fact that we had to drive 5 hours and 30 mins to pick up the cargo trailer or we would have been out of luck. The trailer was not at the pick up site that I chose when reserving online.
