When I picked up my rental. I was told by the employee thst I could keep the rental for 24 hours and would only be charged the $39.95 rental charge. When I dropped of my rental the next day I was charged for 2 days, $80. Not what I was told by your worker. Please get your rental agents all on the same page. Not a good experience

With the fuel tank exactly 1/2 Full, I put the recommended amount of fuel, plus an extra gallon, into the gas tank to return the fuel gauge to where it was when I rented it. The worker that checked the fuel gauge said “it's a little over a half, and it's supposed to be 5/8”, so I got charged $17 for gas. So either the recommended amount of fuel (plus a gallon) isn't enough, or the people that are renting out the U-Hauls don't know that 5/8 is a little over 1/2.

The uhaul has blanket and trash laying all over truck when did inspection. Pop spilled all over cab. Took pictures and informed worker. Was told they were short stuffed on Friday. Returned truck and blankets were put up on shelf as instructed per worker and was questioned as to why blankets were not folded. Explained to worker that we were instructed to do that and received rude attitude from worker. We have rented several vehicles from this location and never treated rude as the person that checked the uhaul I for return. Communication and customer service are key having customers return for business

They should have not put a new one on they say until they showed me the Briton's it took picture of it lesson learned took pictures of everything else inside cab of truck where I parked it but did not think to take a picture of that

I had scheduled to pick my truck up at 7:00am and the correct key was not in the box. The place was closed at the time but upside it opened at 7:30 Downside the guy there was not super helpful upside he did get me the correct key . In the meantime I had called the # the app provided. Upside the young lady was very helpful. Downside I ended up getting double charged for the rental. Upside she offered my a $50 credit to be put back on my card. Downside haven't see it in my account yet. Upside I was given the # to a guy named brian who is over this kind of stuff in the cincinnati area and could possibly answer the questions I have. Downside I've called him twice and he hasn't called back.

Get the bill right the milage was supposed to be cheaper was charged full amount gave me more time for breakdown on this unit as we loss daylight time and two people where helping had to leave ...really placed us in a bind had two come back and wait another day huge loss at yet I was given three hours ....upset to say the least is a understatement...

Have the Uhauls at the original location that is agreed upon during rental process. It's very frustrating for customers to be required to chase down their rental and go to a different location to pick up and drop off. Not to mention the new Fees that are added without customers knowledge. Very disappointing when you are on a time schedule and children are involved. Not impressed with how Woods Hardware handled the situation, however gentlemen at Durbin Bowl was very helpful, considerate and tryed to accommodate.
