They didn’t have my reservation they sold me a truck night then the one I reserved they don’t have my storage unit ready and the gave a U-Haul truck that was on E and charged my card an extra $13
Latisha J | First ImpressionsSome of my items were either missing or broken and I payed for a full month and my rent was not due until February 5th but I moved out of the storage facility January 24th 2026 and I was not refunded for any of my rent even though I didn't use the whole month (I moved my things in September 5, 2025). Also, I instead received a bill stating that I owe the $102.00. I am highly disappointed with uhaul storage because my $600 television does not work , some of my items were missing, damaged, and I am being charged for the full month when I already payed prior and I was not refunded for the time that I did not use.
LAIYAMA W | Overall ExperienceUhaul Manager gave me a hard time after someone mysteriously changed my unit lock without informing me, The manager left the job without straightening out the situation- luckily there were workers who cared enough to compensated me for my troubles, and took time out to do the paperwork

Semyia W | First ImpressionsFor the amount of money to rent a unit, the elevators didn't work have the time and you barely have staff working to assist with anything! Elevators need Upgrades and better ventilation in the staircase especially if you have to carry your belongings down the stairs.
