Latisha J | First ImpressionsSome of my items were either missing or broken and I payed for a full month and my rent was not due until February 5th but I moved out of the storage facility January 24th 2026 and I was not refunded for any of my rent even though I didn't use the whole month (I moved my things in September 5, 2025). Also, I instead received a bill stating that I owe the $102.00. I am highly disappointed with uhaul storage because my $600 television does not work , some of my items were missing, damaged, and I am being charged for the full month when I already payed prior and I was not refunded for the time that I did not use.
