swipe card process did not work- alternative access created for us. Padlock was on door of unit we were given. Waited 25 minutes for staff to come get lock off so we could open unit. Staff person said it was not usual lock so had to use bolt cutters.

I had my storage unit since 2019 and the last 3 years the elevator has not been readily available, which has caused many days not being able to access my storage unit, yes I was reimbursed for one month but to have this issue constantly led me to move to a different company.

adrena W | Overall ExperienceThe last 2 times that I needed to access the building to retrieve items, the customer elevator was out of service. Upon speaking to one of your agents at the counter, I was meet with attitude and unprofessional behavior. One young lady asked my why did I come so late whrn the office closed at 5pm. If the elevators were working, the time that I arrived would not have played a factor at all. I then asked if I could be accompanied up on the facility elevator and then she told me no and to come back another day. I was appalled and told her, that was unable acceptable and someone needed to take me up to my storage unit. I then asked what was the policy for moving out if the elevator was still not working. I received the following response, well you can try your luck another day. I decided that my money was not needed here and took the day off from work to return the following busy day to remove the remaining items.

Devin L | First ImpressionsMoving into my unit was a little frustrating. The first was locked and full of auction property. Went back downstairs and was set up with a second and the gate was broken, the third was finally good to go. Then I got locked in the elevator because they reset my card and didnt tell me I needed to go back outside to check in. No one answered the elevator call button, luckily someone else moving in opened the door for me. Otherwise setting up the rental was easy enough, staff was helpful by showing us units with and without a pole in it and checkout after hours was easy too.
