Jenry R | Overall ExperienceStaff was not very helpful. I asked for a first floor storage . I did not get that. I was told that my storage came with a lock which I paid for. I tried to get into the storage and the card was not activated. I went back into the office to inform them. I went back to the storage unit and had to go back to the office again to get the lock. Removing the lock from the package was difficult and placing it on the unit took lots of manipulating. Finally I went back to the office because I needed a medium box. I could not find one. The guy that was sweeping the floor pointed me in the direction to the med boxes. I left without a box !!! There was staff just sitting around on their cell phones. My entire experience was awful !!!! The staff needs to greet customers and be more helpful. Just because of the junkie / drug infested neighborhood in Dorchester that this Uhaul is located does not make it okay to treat potential customers in a nonchalant and unprofessional manner. Renting storage is not cheap !!! And you also do not accept Apple pay ! Do Better! Retraining is needed for your staff on Customer Service experience.
