All of the staff at this facility have been very helpful for the numerous times I rented a small trailer and also rented storage units.
ELLEN L | Overall ExperienceI completed my storage needs. I have rented trucks many, many times in the past. Currently I was storing items there. The rent was paid a week prior because I couldn’t coordinate the final cleanout prior to rent being due. When I went to close out the account, the rent was not prorated as I had previously understood. This made me so mad. 3/4 of the rent was retained “we no longer pro rate”. I felt taken advantage of. It is a nice facility and convenient to my location but the final interaction that I will remember is them keeping my money for services I am no longer utilizing.
