Also the woman helped me check in. The guy at the front was much more friendlier and helpful. Maybe she was new, overall great customer service.. They also helped me with Dolly's to help with moving in the unit. Great move in experience.

The elevators were constantly out of order. There was hardly ever any parking for loading/unloading due to over flow of Uhaul rentals parked in those spots. All in all this was the worst storage experience ever!
