On 3rd floor and elevator will not go down unless someone sends it up. Which means I had to walk up and down stairs to activate. Click button for office and still waited and ended up walking. To pay as much as I have over a year. This was very sad. U should be able to push button on 3rd floor to go down. This is so dumb. I can’t recommend this location to anyone for that reason. It was very tiring and unconvinced. I’m due to a credit. Thank you
