We picked the truck up on Friday afternoon, drove it to across town and when we stopped and turned it off the battery died. When we called to let the office know they told us to recharge it and let it run. The following day that we used it, the same thing happened. No one offered to bring a new battery which would have been the right thing to do. Just said jump it off and keep it running. Both times, it took over 30 minutes before it charged enough to be driven, wasting time we couldn't afford to lose. Very poor customer service.
