This drop off location was NOT the one on my contract. Only after contacting the regional manager did I feel comfortable driving to this location and leaving the truck. The drop off location on the contract: United Travel Plaza 5990 Asheville Hwy Hendersonville NC 28791 was NOT a pleasant experience. We saw a couple of Uhaul trailers behind a burned out former fast food building. No sign, no key drop box...nothing. finally I went to the gas station next door to ask where the Uhaul drop off was and saw a small sign in the widow that said United Travel Plaza. When the clerk could not find my name in his system, he gave me the # for the regional manager. Luckily, the second drop off location was just up the road. The entire drop off experience was nerve wracking! When we first picked up the truck the link to report the condition had expired. I like dealing with people and NOT using an app even though I tried and the link was expired. Otherwise, the truck drove great!

Stanley NI guess it is well maintained, I had no maintenance issues but it was far from clean. Windows were pretty bad and who knows when it was last washed. Had to wait to be helped, but that is normal for that business!
