Racist and rude!! Terrible experience!! No black person should go here !! Would not recommend to my enemy much less my friend!! UHAUL doesn't care!! Why send me a survey? Look at the reviews for this location!!! I am sorry I didn't see them when I was renting!!
Carol G.Found person behind desk not personable at all , entered and was not greeted , all he said was he get the truck out of my neighbors yard and put it in my yard. No signs saying return area and a very small lot. He asked was there any issues and I said yea terrible leak in roof and …….. he then cut me off and said he did not care for any specifics that it was U-Hauls problem . I again said it appeared to leak in three areas and he again said don't care it's uhauls problem they have to fix it and walked away. Not a great ambassador for the U-Haul brand……..
