Picking up trailers can't be done on the app after hours so be sure to go when they are open. Folks were super nice.
Jenny EThe only down fall was that our email (because of the incident above) stated we had to drop it off by 2pm Sunday but would be charged if it was during closed hours however, they were not open on Sunday (a day we did not pick) and we called for 2 days and left a message and no response. However, the parking lot was a perfect size and location.
Michelle MNo one was there, this was during reqular working hours. I dropped the truck and trailer off using their key box. Within 5. minutes I receiveed a call stating I didn’t return the appliance cart and furniture dolly. I informed them that the were not available when I picked up the truck/trailere in Texas.
