My rental was slotted for 9am and the location said they opened at 9am. Employee didn’t show up for work and open location until 915am. Myself and another customer were both waiting and shocked when the employee showed up Late and found their business was left unlocked for who knows how long. Then I had to do the hookup of the trailer, walk around and photo without any employee assistance. I’m fine with hooking up the trailer because I tow things all the time but if it is someone’s first time or someone not experienced I feel bad for them. Overall not impressed and very dissatisfied as I was on a time crunch. I expect better from U-Haul!

KEDRICK Ctire service light was on. and the person at the location told me he had checked the tires and the system must've need a reset, so I left. It was a lie, the light kept on so I checked the tires and 3 of them were with 5-20 psi less than indicated as correct in the door sticker. Also the gas tank was so empty that I barely got to a gas station with an alarm soun on because the tank was on reserve
