THIS IS A PICKUP AND DROP OFF LOCATION ONLY! THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE STORE. I HAD RENTED PADS AND A DOLLY BUT THOSE WERE LOCKED IN THE STORE. NO ONE WAS THERE AT THE LOCATION. I CALLED THE NUMBER AND I SHOWED UP AT THE LOCATION TWICE. NO ANSWER AND NO EMPLOYEES PRESENT. THE FRONT DOOR OF THE STORE WAS LOCKED! I CALLED U-HAUL SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THAT THE EXTRA EQUIPMENT WOULD BE REFUNDED FROM MY ORDER. while it was a nice and convenient location to pick up the truck, all the peripheral services were not available.
