We were told to drive to a drop off location 35 miles out of town, while we had one in town. The place was basically several barns. There was no one there. We went to the house next to it and the lady told us she used to run it with her husband but he is dead now. She gave us a chance to call the new owner because our cell phone didn't work there. He new owner didn't want to come to sign off and told us she to drop keys in a drop off box. He said he doesn't use paper anymore so kept the documentation. This was not satisfactory. There was no clear sign off.

This is the most unorganized company with employees who don’t care about their mistakes or the impossible situations their mistakes can put their customers into. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND
Nicole TLocation and truck were fine. Could not use the u-haul website on my phone as I had no cellular reception, so that's $20 bucks I'm out. Locations should have wifi available for customers returning equipment after hours. Also, I do NOT appreciate that the truck I reserved was not available in the LOCATION I reserved. I had to drive 30 miles to get the truck and another 30 to drop it off. Being charged for the distance is bullshit. If the truck I reserved wasn't available, why did your bullshit website tell me it was available? I am NOT happy with u-haul.
Harland MHad to drive 40 out of my way to drop it off and there was a uhaul dealer in the town I unloaded in.
Randy SWasn't open as late as they said they'd be -- 5pm. Utilized the drop box.
