I have rented trucks twice from this location and have been very pleased each time. The manager and employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Even when they are busy they keep things moving with a great attitude! Many thanks!

All vehicles should have room for at least 3 people to sit . Other than that it was great. Especially our leasing agent who tried very hard to accommodate our needs.

Our truck was double-booked. I made my reservation the day before through a different U-Haul location who created the reservations through U-Hauls online system when she didn't have the truck we needed available at her location. I also followed the link in my confirmation email and logged in to U-Haul the morning of our rental to complete the rental info, (additional drivers, driver's license number, etc...) The other party had made their booking 5 days prior to their rental. The manager at Simply Storage did his best to find a workable solution for both parties, but could not provide the promised equipment to both of us. The other family ended up with a smaller truck and, consequently, had to make more trips, taking more time and requiring more miles, I'm assuming at their own expense. The manager at Simply Storage did not seem surprised by the problem, saying that this was a frequent occurrence. You are lucky, U-Haul, to have people like the manager at Simply Storage who was smart and professional enough to fix your mistakes for you. But shame on you for putting him in the position to have to do this. Figure out what is wrong with your online reservation system and get it fixed!!!

Was originally scheduled to rent from the location at 6275 Wadsworth Blvd. Beware of a lady that works there that has long grayish hair, glasses, and wears a ball cap. She has to be the rudest, most abrasive person that works at uhaul. Should not be working with the public. All of the other people with uhaul were courteous and professional.

Great customer service!!

The U-Haul app doesn't work very well. It wouldn't let me upload any photos or progress to the next step during checkout, so after 20 minutes of trying to use the app and being on hold with U-Haul customer service for 10 minutes (no one ever picked up the phone), I gave up and took the van anyway.

The staff was amazing and the office was clean and well kept. They even offer water, warm cookies and coffee.

The person who "helped us" with the equipment knew nothing about hooking it up. We rented a truck with car trailer. He was clueless about everything. wanted to put the car on the trailer before attaching the trailer to the truck. Knew very little about the safety chains. Didn't know how to secure the car to the trailer. Didn't realize that the wheel cover on the trailer pivots down. I had to climb out the window to exit the car once I put the car on the trailer. Luckily I was able to figure out all of this as I have pulled a boat before. But if a customer didn't realize this then it could have been a disaster. The wheel girdle to the front driver side kept coming off and was likely broken. Each time I stopped for gas I had to redo it. Sam Marzo 630-243-9815
