I prepaid for a mattress cover when I reserved the truck. I received a text message two days prior telling where to pick up the truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told to go to another location to pick up my mattress cover, even though I saw plenty in stock. Will never prepay for any supplies, etc in the future. Very disappointing policy. My wife called Uhaul to complain and request a refund. Representative indicated she would call back and let us know. It’s been over 24 hours and we’ve heard nothing.

The night before my move you guys changed my reservation From an eight hour truck rental to a three hour event renta from an eight hour truck rental to a three hour van rental. I understand you’re busy but I couldn’t move half of the stuff out of my apartment and I had to throw out thousands of dollars worth of things. My girlfriend got a concussion and I am very disappointed. Do Not Close this location!!! I know there are other locations in town, but the staff are not as friendly as this location and they are not as well kept and organized. I understand that there is consideration for closing this location's office/truck rental. I have a storage unit here and it is very convenient to be able to periodically rent trucks here when needed. And as I said before, staff are courteous and location is clean. (I've been to the next nearest location a couple of times and both times the staff were rude or inattentive and the place was dirty like a car repair shop).



The truck and cab were filthy. I had to wait while the truck was swept out and the cab cleaned of trash, spilled soda and marijuana. Not what I was expecting when I scheduled my pick up reservation online.

The rental was very expensive. I needed a one-day, in-state, less-than 500 mile rental with this truck. I paid for a three-day rental. If you want to improve, offer the one-day, less-than-500 mile option at a lower price. You will still make plenty of money on the rental.

Krystal Cruz was very helpful. The online check in was sneaky and maddening. I thought it was a simple click the day before on my phone, What I didn't see is that it was also asking for an upgrade to a larger truck -- NOT OBVIOUS. Krystal did not have the 10' truck I wanted, but was able to find a 15, after first giving me a 20' truck (literally 2x size I needed). I will NEVER do UHAUL on my phone again, as I don't trust it to show me everything. Not happy about this part. But not Krystal's fault.

Not sure if I would recommend this place. It wasn't bad but there wasn't much parking, the check-in lady wasn't that friendly and when I returned the truck all the people were busy in the storage units outside of the office.

When we arrived to pick up our truck the woman who was working there was clearing out the entire store because the sprinkler system went off (an error, there wasn't a fire)! Instead of being grumpy, she was professional, pleasant, personable, and helped advise us. When we brought the truck back she made the process very easy There are only a few guest parking spots however.

Terrible terrible experience. Will never use uhaul again because of these people. And I’m going to make sure that everyone I know won’t use it either. I booked my truck 2 weeks ahead of time. Two days before the pick up time, I got a call from the uhaul location. No voice mail. I called back and main center picked up. They said everything about my reservation looks good on the system. No problem there. Then all of a suddedn I got an automated from uhaul. All of a sudden, they changed my reservation without telling me. When I called and waited on the phone for 20 mins, they left a voice mail telling me that they’re changing my reservation and left a number for me to call. I call that number and it says disconnected. So annoying. Clearly they’re trying to make sure that I don’t object to this ridiculousness. Then I call the customer service to see what’s going on again and this time, I wait for 40 minutes during my work time to be told that they cannot rent it for the time I want. No apology or nothing. The system had given me the approval and there was no warning about this. I specifically selected this location because I could rent the truck for the duration I wanted. In order to make more money, they just reduced my rental time. When we went to the store, the store manager was very irritating, telling us that there’s no such thing as renting for 24 hours on weekends. It’s too busy. Then why on earth does your system allow selections up to 24 hours? Nonsense. Also we couldn’t pick up the truck for 30 minutes because of some problem in the system. Another annoying thing. Then She told us to bring the truck by 5. And it’s going to be delivered to another customer at 6. We said ok to everything. Whatever, I said to myself I don’t want to deal with this annoying person. During the extreme heat of the day of 95 degrees, we rushed and got exhausted just to make the time. That was why I had picked 24 hours in the first place. In order not to rush like that. Then we left to drop off the truck right when we were finished. We got caught up in the traffic and told them that. And we made it there at 5:50. I was going to do self checkout but some lady rushed out to get the truck from me and invited me in for check out. Then she told me that theyre going to charge me for an extra day! And she lied to my face saying that they lost another customer because of me. Well, they were going to come at 6, weren’t they? And we told you on the phone that we were coming. When I told her that I knew they would be coming at 6, she didn’t say anything (of course). She told me that I would be charged 30 dollars extra. But then when I checked the receipts, it was extra dolly charge that I didn’t even use, extra insurance rate, and some other stuff. Somehow I ended up paying 80 dollars more than the estimate. It’s infuriating. All they’re after is ripping you off. Terrible customer service. Congratulations to them because they lost so many customers and t
