Poor process of rental and truck did not have the pads ordered in the truck and ready to go. So, we had to go to another location to get them. Tried to call because office was not open at posted hours. Have never received a call back. Poor management at this location. Don’t use them.

After reserving a trailer at Uhaul moving and storage Branson, driving a hour they did not have my trailer. Was told no one in town had one i found Edward's rental and storage. He not only had it but had me in and out in record time. Highly recommend his business!
