The virtual pick up went really well. However, I would highly recommend that you tell your customers that they should arrive 15-30 minutes early to complete all of the virtual steps needed to complete on your phone! It took me almost 20 minutes, which ate into MY Paid for rental time!! :-) Drop off was a breeze too. THANKYOU!Cathleen L.
Based on the experience I had with uhaul overall the last couple days, I will not be recommending this service to anyone. With such a large company, it's unacceptable that requests for trucks and locations are not guaranteed when made in advance. Let alone a pick up in the same town/city requested. I was also given the wrong address for the new location which resulted in us already going out of our way to get the truck for it to not be there and for me to have to play runaround with the company. Way too much hassle and stress added on to an already difficult time of trying to move!Spencer Y.
Truck had service light for stabilitraction needing servicing. This service light would not turn off, so I could not see the mileage while driving. Other than that truck worked very well.Richard F.
The agent was friendly and helpful. Return process was quick and efficient. Only suggestion is to have the return location for vehicles clearly marked. There were no signs so I pulled up near the door and then had to move the truck.Kip G.
I had a horrible experience the person who set up my reservation was more interested in the sale than she was making sure she entered it in correctly . I had to wait over a hour to be told that the truck I rented was on site but did not have the 24/7 technology , I was transferred around multiple times and talked to several representatives before I was told I had to drive 30 minutes away to find a truck that actually had the technology . It was such a inconvenience the whole ordeal took 3 hours .Gifty M.

Everything went well except not knowing how much gas to return back to level I started. Pick up and return with a full tank would help. I knew I burned 1/8 of a tank but had to guess how many gallons.Steven D.

The self serve experience within UHaul is inefficient, it took me longer to get the vehicle than it would've taken me to just wait to the place opened. Also the communication between Uhaul and the store was off. The truck I rented did not have the dolly I purchased.DONNITA C.

Lose the rental return requirements on the ap to include photos of mileage, gas and condition, etc. That was a huge turn off after an otherwise good experience. And to indicate that there would be a $20 â€œconvenience feeâ€ if that process wasn't done was enough to make me think twice about renting u-haul again. Great experience except for the return ap process. That soured it for me.Daniel C.
