Very helpful, friendly staff despite their inability to access the system. Not their fault, but UHAUL's.
Alan G.Train the staff to assist customers on site and to have knowledge of the system to help WHEITHER in store or online. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul!! I was given your equipment as scheduled, then I received and email after leaving the site that my reservations had been canceled!!! I had to call the 1-800 number to inform then that I did not cancel my reservation and I was in route to return the equipment. I had to go through the entire process of reserving the trailer as if I never picked it up.
