The U-Haul backend system was slow and it took me a whole hour to get dispatched! There was only one person before me! Half hour each! The staff were great and empathetic. U-haul needs to overhaul the IT system backend!

I cannot believe how quick of a process, beginning to end, this whole thing was. I wasn’t sure if I’d need a truck, but at the last minute decided it would be best. Everything was clearly explained when I picked the truck up and was extremely quick. I was on my way and moving within minutes. Once I was done, the drop off process was just as quick and I was able to continue my day without interruption.
