No DOLLY! I asked before I left and he said he only had appliance dolly. I think he should hsve retrieved one from another rental truck because there were a few on the lot NO RAMP! To our surprise the ramp was missing for the movers to walk on. Large items made it a slower moving process. This truck may not have been inspected prior to renting it!
CYNTHIA BThis is the best place in town to rent a U-Haul from. They are always courteous and helpful, and they make the renting process easy. The improvement I suggest are not for Citadel Self Storage, but for very many of the rest of your U-Haul locations: teach your staff to not be rude. I'm not even asking for politeness;. three other U-Haul locations in the city I have visited have been incredibly rude, have acted as though the renter is a thief, and have been completely unhelpful.
