This is the best place in town to rent a U-Haul from. They are always courteous and helpful, and they make the renting process easy. The improvement I suggest are not for Citadel Self Storage, but for very many of the rest of your U-Haul locations: teach your staff to not be rude. I'm not even asking for politeness;. three other U-Haul locations in the city I have visited have been incredibly rude, have acted as though the renter is a thief, and have been completely unhelpful.

Elizabeth KI reserved a 10’ truck online for 4 hours the day before I was going to pick it up with no problem. However, the next morning when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time I was told I could only have it for 90 minutes even though my reservation showed I reserved it for 4 hours. Therefore since I needed a truck that morning, what I planned to have done in 4 hours, I had to do in 90 minutes, thanks u-haul!
