I reserved a 10’ truck online for 4 hours the day before I was going to pick it up with no problem. However, the next morning when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time I was told I could only have it for 90 minutes even though my reservation showed I reserved it for 4 hours. Therefore since I needed a truck that morning, what I planned to have done in 4 hours, I had to do in 90 minutes, thanks u-haul!
THOMAS LEverything was great except the app. I hate apps, just. Way to make me do your work. So the return of the vehicle was a pain because the app was laborious, many steps, some didn’t work with my phone.
WILLIAM CCounter person was l very nice & accommodating. We were locked out of our new spartment & had to bring dolly bavk later. He told me to put in truck near lightpost, as he was moving the truck . My som did. Said that truck was different, but we retirned dolly!
Lisa PAfter hours drop-off, so no interaction with personnel. Clearing marking the chock blocks for trailers would be helpful.
