Imorove the late pickup ap. I will not use this method again. Having been told it was easy, i foolishly believed. Finally one and a half hours after downloading the ap, with the help of a very nice gentleman on a phone call we managed to get the key from the lockbox. The ap did not show all available return locations so we had to pick anyone then call uhaul and ask them to change it. Zone star out of five for the ap pickup. Will not use this again
David HWebsite offers an appliance dolly to be rented, that is fantastic… However, this location does not have an appliance dolly to offer so they gave me a regular one and called it an “appliance dolly”. This made moving my washer and dryer extremely difficult because I had anticipated getting what I purchased and what was shown.
