The online system with return instruction was terrible. It kept showing errors and would not check in the equipment. Luckily someone at S&N Auto was in the office after hours and graciously checked the equipment back in the UHaul system. Live customer service was excellent. The online system was absolutely terrible. Please don't go to a fully automated system.
