The team at the facility, was very friendly and helpful. My issue was with the truck. It was clean. However it needed to be maintained, due to the following issues: the ignition and key need to be serviced as it was very difficult to start, the engine was not running smoothly, and a check engine light was on, there was a chip in the windshield, the seats were ripped in several places. If they would fix these things than it would be perfect.
CLAUDIA JKey needed to face a specific way and be in a certain position to start the vehicle. Tire pressure light was on. Attendant assured me it was fine. It was not. Front right tire was half of all other tires. Made for a very awkward drive. There were no instructions for drop off except drop keys through door. How do you know I dropped the vehicle off on time? Did I get charged appropriately? I have no idea.
