Doesn't feel like a safe location. There is no visible signage or customer service desk, just a guy with a phone. Seems super sketchy

First of all, there isn't even an office at that location. It's a pub. When we arrived the place was closed. I called U-Haul number and a guy said he would send someone downstairs to look after us. Ten minutes later a guy came down. He didn't seem to know what we were there for. Finally we made our way to the back parking lot of the pub and there was 1 U-Haul. The guy asked for my son-in-law's license since he was the one who would be driving it. My son-in-law has a perfect driving license and he's 58 yrs old. The guy took a picture of his license and was typing something for about 10 minutes, then he asked for the driver's license again. Again he took a picture of both front and back of his license. He didn't offer us any explanation why it was taking so long, even though we asked him. finally he said he was having trouble with the system. He had a thick East Indian accent and was very hard to understand. Then he asked for another license from my daughter who was waiting in our car. I quickly said, take mine. He took a picture of mine, both front and back. We were getting a bit anxious because we had a superintendent holding the elevator for us and we were by that time, 35 minutes late. Finally the guy decided to call someone but he said they were answering. Finally my daughter got fed up and called U-Haul on her phone and got through. We got that settled, then the guy said that the contract had to be changed because I was the one who reserved the truck and it was in my name, not my son-in-law's.Finally after 40minutes, he gave us the key. When my son-in-law got in the truck, the gas gauge was almost on empty. Yet we were told to return the truck with the same amount of gas in it. WE WEREN'T IMPRESSED AT ALL. I would NEVER recommend this U-Haul to my worst enemy.
JAMES PI went to the first pick up location the truck was not there they sent me to another one and it was a creepy place with no one to assist we have to call multiple times because we could not retrieve the keys because our reservación was marked as "already picked up" when they just sent us to another places it was so inconvenient we wanted 1;30 trying to get the truck before it started to rain, I totally won't use this service anymore or recommend
Diego FCustomer service was so helpful when we needed to extend our rental not once but twice and made the return so quick and easy.
Virginia HThe app and the website don't work well. At check-in the app would not scan back of license. At return it would not send code. Website didn't work either. Kept failing and switching to Spanish.
