No one was there to help make the return. A video assistant came on a screen in the lobby and gave me instructions that didn't work. To futuristic for me.

The app is terrible, didn’t help that signal was bad at that location. Everything is virtual so if you have issues you have to deal with someone on the phone which I did 3 times due to app. Pickup was better than drop off. Tried using app again for drop off and didn’t work. I was instructed to do from website and no luck there. I just dropped off truck and threw keys in dropbox. Truck was super clean and new, no complaints there. The truck was the only plus side. I’ll never do mobile pick up or drop off again.

Gary SDropped my vehicle off. Couldn’t do proper return, wasn’t told (apparently buried in all the bs I had to sign) truck needed to come back with 1/4 tank instead of having the same amount it had when I picked it up (which it certainly had more) and charging me (over charging is more like it) $30 for fuel and never once explaining to me I had a credit…why was this not explained? Oh yeah…this self pickup with no one to freaking talk to. This entire process is poor and I will not be using U-Haul again unless my bill is corrected. As for midguard I walked in and there’s no one there and a dude on a video screen helped me. I don’t do business with places like that. Helpful, but I’m not cool with that. Someone needs to contact me about my bill. I will be sharing what happened to me with everyone I can.
