Have been using UHaul for over a decade and extremely disappointed with this experience. The truck was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. We had to ride with the windows down and 90° weather because the smell was so bad. The total rental was around $150 and when I filed a complaint, I got $27 back which seemed like a slap in the face.

Was to high would rather rent from company

Wayne TWith an actual U-Haul location just .2 miles down the road, no need to have this location affiliated with U-Haul. Poor instructions, vehicle not cleaned at all, no additional equipment for pickup.
