If you don't have the equipment like dolly for rental please contact the customer before the rental. Don't wait for the customer to call to make sure the rental is all good.

The worst customer service I have EVER had. The woman had a huge dog running loose and had an attitude that I was concerned about the dog jumping on me. She was very rude. I filed a complaint but haven't received a call back.

Uhaul should terminate their contract with this dealer. I had the worse and most frustrating experience with this uhal rental company. For this to be my first time renting with Uhaul, this experience made me hope that it would be my last. First, I did not choose this particular dealer to get my rental. I was sent to this dealer because the original dealer that I chose did not do one way drop offs. In fact, I saw this dealer online and did not chose it because of the reviews and the presentation. The facility looks like Texas Chainsaw Massacre!!! When I arrived, there was an older woman there that waited on me (who had no idea of what she was doing). She first informs me that she only had one of the additional equipment pieces that I needed, and I ordered 5 things online. This was disappointing because she could have called me before I arrived and informed me of this. I then had to call around to other uhaul places to find the dollies and things that I initially needed for my move. I decided to go ahead and just rent the Uhaul truck from them and go to another Uhaul company to get the dollies (which was in Arlington). I really wish I could have gotten my rental from the Arlington location because they were more professional. However, they were sold out of rental trucks. So the older lady takes my reservation and she gives me a balance that did not sound right to me. I informed her that the cost sounds like the same amount as quoted online, that initially included all equipment and I'm not getting the equipment I requested. She then says that she took the equipment off the contract that she is not able to give me and the cost is what she stated. She then says that my card will not be charged until I return the equipment. Well, ALL of that was a lie. I was charged $202.99 and guess what all of the equipment that I initially ordered was still on the contract!! Being that she does not know what she is doing, she commenced to calling customer service to assist her with correcting the contract. I am getting more frustrated by the minute because I have moving assistance waiting at my home. Eventually, a younger Chinese guy comes out to assist her. He then offers to cancel the contract and charge me for the correct amount for a new contract. At this point, I have no choice. I have to move my belonging today. He informs me that he is issuing a refund on my account for the $202.99 and redoing the contract. The new balance was $186, which sounded correct. He redoes the contract and shows me the screen that he has issued a refund of the initial $202 that they charge and then charges my card for the correct payment of $186. Well, I never got that refund and I have issued a dispute with my bank. To top it off, he gives us the key to the Uhaul we rented, and the key doesn't work!! We then had to then try another truck that eventually worked. Worst experience from start to finish, and I would have to be desperate to use UHAUL services again. I should be granted a refund for this horrible service. It's like Uhaul purposefully chooses to contract with dealers with bad customer service.

Six months earlier I rent a nice truck from Larry. I ask Larry for a decent truck since I was going on a 950 mile trip. The truck did get us to our destination. The truck I got in my opinion is a piece of junk. The truck has several issues. 1. Driver door would not shut properly so there were air noise from the top of door seal the entire trip. 2. The top dash panel near the windshield where the defrost air comes out rattled the entire trip. 3. The truck leaks oil. 4. The AC and heat would only work sometimes. 5. The head light were very dim on low beam. 6. Inside and outside windshield was nasty like an small cat or dog had been sitting on the dash and it didn't appear the truck had been sanitized. 7. The passenger seat belt were stuck under the seat. I had to get them unstuck so my passenger come ride safely. 8. The center arm rest would not lower.

Thanks for helping set it up for the first timer. I got Uhaul hitch and trailer. The vehicle has no problem pulled it so trip was safe and trailer did the job. The paperwork was speedy and I got It early and return even easier.

Service was slow, access was difficult, and truck had an active airbag warning after pickup. There are other near by locations use them instead. Positive is they do offer a first responder discount.

The gentleman that hooked up our trailer- Larry only hooked up the lights and put the trailer on the ball. He did not tighten the hitch on the ball of our car. We got maybe 100 yards from the location and the hitch came off of the ball. The trailer tongue went under our car with the light harness still plugged into the car. Thank goodness that the trailer did not damage our car due to the lack of attention to detail. If you use this location then please make sure you double check that everything has been hooked up correctly.
