Just looked like a sketchy location, not very inviting or too trustworthy. Was in a not so good part of town.

Brent JSomehow I didn't get a 24-hour rental and somebody put down that the truck had to be back by 2:15 a.m. and it was in a very bad part of town at a very questionable location for a woman to be! He was like an old grubby car salesman and had a bunch of wrecked vehicles on the lot. He was upset that I cost him another rental even though I called in directly to his place and directly to U-Haul and extended not even the 24 hours that I should have had in the first place! I got charged extra and taxes and I should have just gotten on what I had originally reserved in Grants Pass! I would gladly pay the extra because in the end it actually ended up being only a few dollars different! And that would be from a safe place reliable and clean facility and people and very good people that take care of their customers and this is in Grants Pass at the beginning U-Haul facility! I will never again rent from this Medford location! It was scary and sketchy!
