Sketchy area. Nobody was there. I kept trying to call the phone number the contract told me to call. Phone number might be invalid. Didn’t want to leave my rented blankets in the back so I just stacked them on passenger seat. Nowhere really to park it so I hope I left it in the right spot.

EVANDER LRented a 10 ft and requested an appliance dolly to move a washer and drier but I was never told that 10ft trucks don’t have a ramp! Had to go all the way back to U-Haul to exchange the truck for a 15ft with a ramp which was as an extra charge of course. Got back to my house to find that the ramp was not 100% functioning. I called the U-Haul pick up place and it went to voice mail. I left a message and never received a call back. It was a terrible experience. I would never recommend using this place.
