The owners were very friendly and approachable.



Self serve was a nightmare. Waited for 40 minutes for app to upload headshot only to finally give up. Called 1-800 number who couldn't help and transferred me to another customer service rep in my area. That person then proceeded to tell me they could not help. Nightmare!

Why a call to the renter’s contact is never mentionned until pick up time? That to me is like being taken hostage at the worst moment.

I dropped my rental after hours. There was no clear designated parking or instructions for the drop. Some signage and clearly visible instructions would help improve. Perhaps a voicemail message with after hour instructions would also help.

Ordered open trailer but first got closed one. Then changed and got open trailer. Spent 45 mins to get the final contract while guy was going out occasionally to fill the gas in the cars. Returned trailer at 8:40PM (used it for 4 hours). In receipt under Contract 89824999 the return time is mentioned as 11:20AM next day and chagred twice wow!! Now to get my money back i am over phone for last two days for more than an hour every time but couldn't contact to the U-Haul cus care as well as to the location from where i got the trailer.

We had a delay of 40 min to get the vehicle because of an error in the system. The person was doing his best and he called UHaul but it took a long time for him to get to talk to someone. Since it's a service station (and no auto service for gas), and the eprson was by himself, he had to go out every time a customer would come to fill out the tank so this delayed things even more.

I drove only 61km, they helped me to fill $37.88 gas!!! It's the smallest van, not a tank! I am too tire at that day, so I don't want to argue with them. It's the worst experience of car rental what I have ever had, although It's just $20-25 's cheat. I won't rent the car from your company again and of course I will recommend all my friend.......NOT to use the service of your company! Max

if someone at UHaul customer service could answer the phone it would be great. Also, I was charged 15$ of Gaz for 20 km. It means the truck needs 50 liters of gaz for 100km !!! Strange no and not very sustainable as an Approach.

Gas tank was not full, since it was picked up from a gas station it should be full, it's easier for customers to return a full tank.

Let the customer know in advance about the process of signing in and returning the truck through the app. It took me half an hour to sign-up and I was not aware about the return process. I was just not familiar enough. I talked later with customer service and they took care of my problem. I will recommend this to friends. Thanks!!

the place where i picked the van was unvisible, it took me a while to find it (discount was pretty much right next to them and it was so clear). They charged me fees without letting me know. my worst experience ever

It took almost 30 minutes to process the credit card. No apology for all the trouble. The delay was extremely inconvenient and set my plans back. The attendant was clearly not trained in customer service. The location was pretty much a dump. I also called the location a number of times to confirm my reservation and no one ever answered. Fortunately there was a 1-800 number when I texted back.
