Gas tank was not full, since it was picked up from a gas station it should be full, it's easier for customers to return a full tank.

Let the customer know in advance about the process of signing in and returning the truck through the app. It took me half an hour to sign-up and I was not aware about the return process. I was just not familiar enough. I talked later with customer service and they took care of my problem. I will recommend this to friends. Thanks!!

the place where i picked the van was unvisible, it took me a while to find it (discount was pretty much right next to them and it was so clear). They charged me fees without letting me know. my worst experience ever

It took almost 30 minutes to process the credit card. No apology for all the trouble. The delay was extremely inconvenient and set my plans back. The attendant was clearly not trained in customer service. The location was pretty much a dump. I also called the location a number of times to confirm my reservation and no one ever answered. Fortunately there was a 1-800 number when I texted back.

I originally requested a truck to a nearby location for 9 AM, Uhaul - without informing me - changed it to a location across town three hours later. When I called to check up on my reservation the day before and found they'd switched everything on me, the call center agent was able to book the same truck at the same time, here. Don't book with Uhaul unless you plan on following up and individually verifying every last detail of your reservation in advance - they will pull the rug out from under you without even bothering to notify you!

Worker was a bit rude the minute I got there, wasn't attentive and took very long, told me they close the gas station at 6:30 and to fill up gas before 6:30 or go elsewhere before bringing it back. I got to the location with the attached gas station at 5:50 and the worker told me he's closed and to get gas somewhere else but when I came back to drop off the truck they were filling a car with gas

We signed up for the truck on the app and it crashed when my room mate went to pick up the truck they told us that the reservation was for a different time when it clearly stated something else in my email. I spoke to a woman in the traffic centre who was very rude and unhelpful and made it seem like it was my fault that the reservation got messed up when it was clearly their fault. I don't think I will ever get uhaul again

Reserve in advance. Took forever on location because was just an ultramar parking lot. Ended up reserving on our phone to be able to take the trailer. Price and trailer itself were EXACTLY what we were looking for! Thank you And it carried the 2000lbs it said.

The staff tried to trick me into agreeing that the gas gauge was at 15/16 when it was much closer to 7/8. He had me sign the paper indicating the level of the gas before going out to see the van. I drove 7 km. When I returned, I put in $4.00 of gas, which amounts to over 3 litres. I am not sure what mileage your vans usually get, but I am pretty sure that if I had not contested, this outlet would have charged me a lot more. I took photos of the gauge and mileage because I distrusted the staff. I would warn future customers to be very careful when renting from this place. Other U-Haul places have not been like this.

Take note: no dollies are available at that location. Even if you 'reserve' one through the website, they don't have any. Also, if you fill up with gas somewhere else before returning the vehicle, insist that they check the gauge levels with you present there, because they will put in more gas and charge you for it.

I am very disappointed from the experience. The van was very dirty. The smell was very bad. It is like someone used this van to pick up animals!!! It was like sheep or horse sh*******!!! I told the person in charge of it and he just answered: "oh yeah!". The customer service does not exist... the guy don't care about clients. Moreover I put gas in the van before returning it (8$) and the guy still charge me an extra 9.50$ for gas while I returned it full. Even if the guy seemed nice his services and lack of communication is horrible. Therefore I did not want to argue and just paid and left! One thing for sure I will not rent from U-haul anymore!!! Clean your equipment and remember that you exist thanks to customers!!! Worst experience I lived!

I believe I was billed twice for my rental as I received two invoices by email and the first amount to 59.44 is showing on my credit card rather than the revised amount.

When I arrived the equipement was not there. I was told that there are no penalties for the returning customers that comes in late except to pay the extra day. This is unacceptable. Either you have a plan b (more than one equipment available!!) or you charge a veru high penalty so that the customers returns. At least, you should call me to advise not to cone because the equipement is not there. This is the second time in 3 weeks that this happens to me. This is Very very poor service to me.

We got at location about one hour before the closing time, as published on the web site (advertised closing time: 7h PM on Saturday, we got there at about 6:10). We call U-Haul at the 1 800 number, the representative said that this location closes at 1h PM on Saturday. Unhelpful. No consistency between this source and the web site. Notice that the U-Haul representative at the pick up location, and the women to whom we spoke on phone before to solve the problem with our online reservation, used the web site data.

Aviser le client d'avance lorsque la remorque louée n'a pas été retournée par le dernier propriétaire j'ai du faire deux centres et j'ai accumulé deux heures de retard à me déplacer dans le traffic bers un centre plus loin. Pas davance je vx dire des que employé remarque que la remorque n'est pas là, car qd je suis arrivée au 2000 notre dame est ils le savaient mais personne ne m'avait avisé. Je n'aurais pas eu à faire 2 uhaul ainsi
