Very disappointed in being charged and extra $20 when I returned the truck before time due, 5:30 pm. No one was on-site when I picked it up at 2-3pm either and you charge me because it was returned "after hours"...STILL NO ONE THERE? Especially in this instance, it cost u-haul NO ADDITIONAL LABOR OR COSTS and yet you charge me anyway.....VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. This is a great example of "fee-happy" companies gouging customers.
