There was no way to assess the inside of the truck as the application only allows for outside assessment. The only thing to assess inside the truck was clean or not clean. While the vehicle was clean, it smelled like cigarette smoke and there were some burn holes in the seats. Additionally, the knob to control the defrost was not present resulting in the inability to use defrost the cab. There was no way to adjust the mirrors and the passenger side mirror was not useable as it was out of alignment.

Online and customer support on phone was very difficult and I will not be using UHaul Services again. It took over and hour to check in and get the code for me yo get the keys. Phone support not helpful and I had to enter my information multiple times after creating an account.

The staff person was very accommodating and friendly. My overall experience with uhaul was disappointing but it had nothing to do with this location. I drove 15 mins out of the way to pick up the truck and you charged me for the extra mileage, you didn't have the appliance dolly I requested, and upgraded me to 26' truck instead of indicating what I needed wasn't in stock (smaller size) just to keep me from going to your competitors.

Was unable to obtain the lockbox key code and had to wait 45 mins at location for customer service to recieve. Also the dolly wasnt available that was ordered for heavy appliances.

The AC didn't work and the vehicle had 5/8 fuel when rented. Upon return it had same however was charged 34.65 for fuel

Corporate Management said they were going to refund me $50.00 because the website reserved me a truck at another location, and then I found out that the truck was unavailable. I have yet to receive that refund. This is the only problem so far.

I've been using uhaul for many years. This time was the worst. I was scheduled for mobile pickup for a 3pm reservation. I was unable to pick up my rental until 4pm, due to issues with the website. I made 3 calls to customer service and the supervisor which was the last call, was very rude to me and tried to send me to a further location after i was there an hour already. First rep stated the website issue was fixed, yet it wasn't. Filed a complaint and no one has gotten back to me after 5 days. They keep reopening the complaint. And this location refuses to contact or compensate for the problem.

Although we realize this is winter we were not pleased to find the door latch frozen when we arrived at our destination. It took quite a bit of effort to free it. After that everything was fine.

Sales rep was nice and professional, but knew nothing of U-Haul procedure, policy, etc. She could not answer any questions. Also, I made the reservations on the website weeks prior, and when I showed up to get the trucks, the sales rep made me do it all over again.
