Far better service at the autobody shop (which is also a U-Haul dealer) than at the corporate location.
Jocelyn N.We were given a truck at 1/8 of a tank with a broken mirror, broken visors, tire was missing alot of air wich could of ran our gas like crazy. (Check engine and check tire lights on) they gave us a defective truck. Not to also mention when I called a week previous to this to book, the representative did not book it as discussed over the phone. I had to call the day before to rebook at an urgent matter with slight luck to book one. I will never use this service again.
