The people who gave me the uhaul were extremely friendly and kind, but the uhaul rules are completely obscured and dumb, you should be able to drop off at any location no matter what and it should not be the rental fee times two that's ridiculous and super over priced

The man who helped me was very friendly, and wore a mask, and made sure the van was sanitized for me. The van worked very well, and when I brought it back the young woman who did that the check-in procedure with me was also polite, took social distancing seriously, and helped me right away. This was a very pleasant experience.

This comment is NOT geared towards the pick-up location but it is regarding Uhaul head office. Your company added extra stress and caused a lot of additional time spent on hold on the phone in order to reach a representative leading up to my move. My pick-up location was changed behind the scenes twice, which was confusing and frustrating. It's also unfair to incur the mileage cost on the customer if they must pick-up a vehicle much further than their preferred pick-up location. In addition, due to the cumulative hours I spent on hold each time I called, my phone bill increased significantly.

On reviewing my final charges, received via email after returning the van, I discovered that the collision damage waiver had been added, notwithstanding that I had declined the cdw when registering. There was no mention of this when picking up the van. I consider this to be a fraudulent business practice. I expended over an hour on the phone to get the charge reversed, and the local dealer was of no assistance whatsoever.

Equipment was not verified to be Covid-cleaned between customers. The check in/check out process was lengthy compared to other locations and I was overcharged.

There was no place to park the trailer. Not everyone has data so drop off just cost me even more so I could send you pictures. Absolutely disgusted with this company. From charging $350 for a simple day trip with a trailer to the lack of consideration for your customers. You would think in a time where social media is a huge deal U haul would work with their customers and not simply try to rip off everyone who walks through the door.

When I called the general U-Haul line to confirm my pickup, I waited 10 minutes too talk to someone. They took my info then transferred me to the same system. I waited 5 more min and someone else took my info... They then transferred me to the same system. Then I waited 5 more min for another person to pick up. After I spoke they transferred me again. It took over 20 min of info/transfer before I have my information and talked to someone that could take care of what I needed. The U-Haul general customer service if the worst I have ever experienced.
