Equipment and availability was great. Excellent interactions with two employees -- a young white male and young black female. Both professional, courteous, and very helpful. An absolutely horrendous experience with a third employee, white female. One of the most rude, unhelpful, obnoxious people I have encountered in a very long time. Sadly, I could not recommend this location to anyone else solely because of this employee's behavior towards customers.
RUSSELL BCleaner, better operating, safer trucks. Power steering was going out. Back of truck had a strong gas smell. Probably wasn’t safe. I informed the staff upon return. Did nothing for me to make it right. We’re more concerned about next rental.
