I booked the pickup from Truckee, where I live. The day before pickup they call and tell me that location is closed and I have to pickup 50 miles away in Reno. That'll add another 100 miles to my trip picking up the truck, exceeding my limit, and they are planning to charge me for the extra miles. Incredibly inconvenient, and they could have let me know long before this so I could make other plans. Incredibly inconsiderate, and neglectful of them not to update their website with closed locations. Terrible.
JEFFREY JEverything was fantastic. The staff was kind the sign up and check out was easy and the return problem. Progress was great. We were supposed to return it and we held everything to the request of the U-Haul rental place
