Give the location personnel instruction to refer customers to website online to follow up with if there are concerns or issues with the return. Would seem more like a partners rather than a cold dropoff
SUSAN S.Uhaul pickup changed location the day before pickup. Then, the uhaul was not ready for my 7am pickup. Had to wait over two hours later for the new location to open at 9am and 24/7 pickup didn't update when the staff put the key in the box. When the 7 am pickup wouldn't work, I requested a chat and nobody ever answered me from customer service
