I was originally asked to return the truck to Castlegar. I received a note from U Hall saying that castlegar was full and that I was to return the truck to Salmo instead. I drove the followind day to Salmo which is over an hour from my home in Nelson A friend drove her car so that I would have a ride home. When I tried to return the truck the lady refused to take it. She knew nothing about this and only had trucks from Calgary. I was still very tired from the drive from Vancouver the previous day so this was quite upsetting for me. I called Castlegar and the lady there told me to lock the truck and leave the keys in the gas station. That is what I did I think in both cases the communications between the main offices and the agents was severely lacking. While the lady at the little Hardware in Vancouver was very pleasant amid the confusion , the agent in Salmo was quite rude and unhelpful .
