My complaints via email have already been addressed with a phone call and a refund, which were appreciated. The trailer coupling didn't have all the right parts, inside of trailer was dirty until I pointed out, no alternate trailer was available because they were buried in snow. Check in took half an hour despite checking in ahead of time online, and sorting out trailer issues took 90 minutes in -10 degrees. I had to dig out another trailer myself, and lead the way the whole time with some of my own tools to get the trailer hooked up properly.

The person could not find my order and did not seem to be very knowledgeable on the system. Communication was also not very good

I rented a truck and auto transporter for 5 days! On the fifth day I called uhaul in Calgary and told them I needed it for two or three more days, upon arrival in the pas mb. I was told that wpg was about to red flag me for a no show, guess intercommunications with this company doesnt exist, you would think they could call my contact no. To check!!!, they were about to call the RCMP, common sense, don't think so

We were told Nelson when it was a Salmo Pick up which cost us more gas. We were told we could drive the car in, she would teach us how to hook it up and drive the car back with rhe uhaul. When my husband arrived they knew nothing of the sort and he had to call for help to pick him up...more gas, and lots of valuable moving time wasted. The truck was buried in snow and he was given no help...told to watch dvd. The tow dolly had a flat tire. Got home and tried to research how to load our car on the tow...were given a pamphlet for the WRONG dolly! Had to call customer service for instructions to which even they didnt seem to know. One of the chains for the dolly was also missing the rubber S lock. We were also told we could pay debit but was told upon arrival it was credit only. During the drive we had rough weather and the wipers on the window were horrendous. Loud and dragging. All in all was an aweful experience both with equipment and service. Wouldnt rent with Uhaul again.

I was originally asked to return the truck to Castlegar. I received a note from U Hall saying that castlegar was full and that I was to return the truck to Salmo instead. I drove the followind day to Salmo which is over an hour from my home in Nelson A friend drove her car so that I would have a ride home. When I tried to return the truck the lady refused to take it. She knew nothing about this and only had trucks from Calgary. I was still very tired from the drive from Vancouver the previous day so this was quite upsetting for me. I called Castlegar and the lady there told me to lock the truck and leave the keys in the gas station. That is what I did I think in both cases the communications between the main offices and the agents was severely lacking. While the lady at the little Hardware in Vancouver was very pleasant amid the confusion , the agent in Salmo was quite rude and unhelpful .
