I will NEVER use U-Haul again from my experience with you. This was my first and last rental with a U-Haul facility. I had the worst coustomer experience and have been billed twice for your mistake and waisted hours of time to just try and pick up a truck. Everyone I dealt with was extremely unprofessional.

The car hauler was overall in pretty good condition except the rear wheel on the drivers side lost air. I didn't notice it until I was already on the road. I was able to inflate the tire at my fuel stops and didn't have a problem but it very well could have gone. I notified the guy I dropped the trailer off to and he said it would be taken care of. Maybe a better inspection before it is rented would help prevent issues like this in the future

Don't call and ask if I can bring the truck in earlier (10am) when I have it scheduled to 5pm and moving from 4 states away! Other than that great experience but did not see anyone when I dropped off the truck.

I was in a panic because my daughter underestimated how much stuff she had to get out of her college apartment. I knew it was unlikely I would get a rental but David, customer service rep at this location did an outstanding job, called me back did what he could to get me into a rental and within hours had set me up. He went above and beyond what I would’ve expected during such a busy time.

This is not location I picked and purposely did not select this for a pick up location. Do not like that you select a location and then you change it at last minute It was VERY inconvenient for me to pick up at this location. I selected a location for easy access. This was NOT easy access. May use Penske in the future as they dont do this

I rented a cargo van. The picture online showed a ford transit cargo. That was the van I was specifically interested in. When I picked up the van it was an older style ford cargo. I had to use it due to time constraints but I was not happy. If I had time I would have cancelled the rental.

You should explain the purpose of the Tow/Haul function. On the truck I rented, it worked just fine for the first 300 miles or so and then the truck started to buck and lurch at speeds above 50 mph. Fortunately, I was at a stopping point for the day. That evening I looked around on-line and found that others have had this problem as well. The remedy was to disable the function. The next day I did that and the truck was fine for the rest of the trip.

If a 9' van is being provided it would be very useful to advise the renter if the van has a ramp or not. Some vans do, some don't, but if the renter doesn't know that and they're expecting a ramp, as I was based on my previous rental, and it turns out the model of van rented doesn't have a ramp, that could cause significant loading problems as it did for me.

UHaul lost my reservation even though I had checked in on line and had an email confirmation of the reservation it could not be located in the computer. This delayed me while movers were waiting. Agent was apologetic and helpful and tried her best. I do not know what was the problem.

First van the wipers did not work. Second van did not have snow tires or all season radials and the washer fluid was frozen water and did not work. I refilled with fluid and stopped at every rest area for three hundred miles to through snow on windshield to clean it .. not a good experience.

I had reserved a trailer online yet they had no idea I was coming. They found my reservation yet still had to process me as a walk in. I had called to confirm earlier that morning yet she refused to believe I had talked to anyone. I felt like she thought I was lying. No tech expertise in hooking up the trailer - they were as clueless as me. Also booked me at a drop off place that couldn’t accept a trailer. I picked that location when I booked online and they confirmed when I picked up. Only later did I get a text telling me to switch locations. The new location was very inconvenient - why was I mislead in the first place?

The online self-pickup did not work. I tried several times, every time getting a message that there was no equipment reserved, and to call a number for assistance. I called the number three times with no answer. After a while, I decided to take the vehicle anyway, since my information was on file and they could get a hold of me anytime if they needed to. Other than that, the vehicle worked fine and I was able to get done what I needed to in the timeframe allowed. I did appreciate that the fuel rate was lowered due to the confusion. I will likely return in the future if I am in need of moving services. Thank you!

when you reserve a 10' truck weeks in advance and get a 15' , that stinks as it cost more in fuel and more in tolls . This truck was as loud as being at a concert for 6 hours, absolutely terrible. I would encourage any executive at this company to ride your equipment for a few hours as punishment.

Rental worked out great. On site parking for personal vehicles pretty limited.
