Joni A.Have the equipment that was requested on the online site available at the time of rental. For example; requested 12 moving blankets and only 6 were available. Requested 2 moving dollies only 1 was available. Truck interior was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Check engine light was illuminated as well causing undue concern.
