The person in charge is great. He helped me get the reservation started after having my pickup location changed by corporate last minute. He also told me I had a flag on my reservation but he was going to still let me have the truck. Why would there be a flag if I've never done anything wrong?

While returning the van back I was went a text that routed my to another location. This reroute kept me from returning it on time and coste another day charge.
ANDREW EUhaul central gave me instructions to drop my trailer at Nerd in Sandpoint. I show up on time and they refused to accept it. Said, "Too full" and "We are not uhaul." Had to call again and get a second drop off in Spokane. Please get it right with your subs.
