The receipt shows that I returned the equipment Sunday and I returned it Saturday. The customer service agent was not helpful and told me I could get the neighboring business employee to help me unhitch the trailer. Since that person was not part of Uhaul I was at the mercy of, waiting for another 45 minutes for them to unhitch my trailer. Neither of those locations would be recommended by me, and I was very disappointed that they carried the Uhaul name.
